Digital Product – No Refunds

SimClaire eSIMs are digital products. Once an eSIM QR code or activation details have been delivered, the product is considered used and non-refundable.

Why refunds are not possible

• eSIMs are provisioned instantly and cannot be returned
• Once activated or scanned, the eSIM cannot be reused
• This policy complies with digital goods regulations

Customer responsibility

Before completing a purchase, customers must confirm:

• Their device supports eSIM technology
• The device is carrier-unlocked
• The destination is supported

Chargebacks & disputes

During checkout, customers are required to explicitly acknowledge this refund policy. This confirmation is recorded and may be used as evidence in the event of a payment dispute.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

• The eSIM was never delivered due to a technical error
• The issue is verified by SimClaire support
